Slow Down Grasshopper.

So, it turns out all this time, I've been doing it all wrong. And by all this time, I mean, my entire life.

Every time I've started a health kick, I've started out with gusto, (over)exuberance, and the heart of a lion. I thought that if I didn't hurt after a workout, I hadn't worked hard enough. I thought that if I wasn't constantly hungry, I was eating too much. As you can imagine, being sore and hungry is not something that many people can maintain for very long. Inevitably, I would not be able to keep up the health kick that I started with such good intentions, and I would quickly slip back into being sedentary and all those vegetables sitting in my crisper would die slow, wilty deaths.

  1. Hi Katrina, get an ENELL sports bra. They are about $50 US dollars and they hold the rack in place. I do not have "nursing boobs" but mine might be able to rival them:)
    Totally worth the money. I only bought one and I rinse it out after each workout and hang it to dry. A bit annoying, but again... worth it!
