Slow Down Grasshopper.

So, it turns out all this time, I've been doing it all wrong. And by all this time, I mean, my entire life.

Every time I've started a health kick, I've started out with gusto, (over)exuberance, and the heart of a lion. I thought that if I didn't hurt after a workout, I hadn't worked hard enough. I thought that if I wasn't constantly hungry, I was eating too much. As you can imagine, being sore and hungry is not something that many people can maintain for very long. Inevitably, I would not be able to keep up the health kick that I started with such good intentions, and I would quickly slip back into being sedentary and all those vegetables sitting in my crisper would die slow, wilty deaths.
